
Our Story
Waldrop Park has been in existence since 2004 with 19 buildings consisting of 228 fee simple condominium units.
Our goal is to create and maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable community in which to live. We are a self-managed corporation, managed by a Board of Directors who are voted in annually and serve 2-year terms.
It is the responsibility of the Board to manage the community in the best interest of its member/owners.
This website was created, in part, to improve communications and transparency.
